(Low Impact Exerise Class)

This is a low impact exercise class (no cardio - vascular work outs) designed for thoses people who want to gently tone their bodies to prevent the inevitable' southward sag' that seems to appear as if by magic overnight and for those people who's joints and 'bits' no longer seems to work properly. All exercises involve using the 'core stablility' muscles so movements are small but repetitive and with little strain but big results!

Held every Thurday in the upstairs room at Plume Avenue United Reformed Church 18.15 - 19.15 (ish) please be at the church by 18.10 at the latest, as we have to lock the door (security).

Suitable only if you are 95 and under. We are a very friendly group of both male and females (so no excuses fellas). No need to book just bring an exercise mat, wear loose fitting clothes and 'come on down'.
